9 Story Media Group is the leading creator, producer and distributor of award-winning animated and live action content for audiences around the world. Karma's World, created by Chris Bridges (Ludacris), is about a little African American girl who aspires to be a rapper.

Challenge

9 Story approached us to assist them in raising awareness of their new TV show, which was being distributed onto Netflix and Youtube. They needed us to develop an approach which cost-effectively raised awareness of Karma's World amongst its core audiences of girls aged 6-9 in the UK, Australia and France. This was in order to drive viewership on both Netflix and Youtube.

Approach

We created a range of video and static adverts, emphasising the distinctive and differentiating aspects of the show as well as themes we know resonate most with their target audience.

We formulated a media plan which selected the best channels to reach our target, balancing in-app animated pre-roll video advertising, video advertsing and Roblox static ads.

Outcome

We exceeded the objectives set for impressions and reach on all channels and exceeded view through and click through benchmarks for the majority of channels we served adverts on.
