We are looking for an exceptionally senior creative producer to join our team on a contract to help us deliver international AV content for a global brand. Someone who is organised that can bring energy, fresh ideas and exprience to a fast-paced, tight turnaround production team.

As a Senior Creative Producer in the Creative and Production team, you'll lead the line on bringing campaigns, activations, digital projects, content, live shows and more to life. Working with the Creative Director, in-house team and supporting production studios, you'll be at the heart of some of our most exciting work for kids and families.

With you at the helm, there's never a question about delivering the set creative vision on time or within budget, too.

You will report to the Creative Director.

You will be responsible for 

  • Managing an end-to-end marketing project from concept to final delivery up to a value of $500k. 
  • Managing all aspects of daily operations on AV projects, including development, production, budgeting/scheduling, editorial supervision, and scheduling facilities.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, director and production agencies to deliver the creative vision at the highest quality.
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget.
  • Drive creative production, project scope, assessing risk, delivering project documentation, developing estimates and project plans and ensuring smooth execution for all clients.
  • Work with the accounts team and Resource Managers to ensure projects are resourced accurately and the budget is in place to backfill where needed
  • Support the accounts team and clients and manage their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinating daily status meeting with the project team leads

About You:

  • 5 years+ AV experience working within a top creative agency or digital communications agency with AV Production experience.
  • Have experience producing international video content and video advertisement
  • Constantly looking to innovate in an ever-changing industry, you will need to always have a fantastic can-do attitude and constantly be willing to adapt as we deliver new types of projects and services to our clients.
  • Self-starter who can make it happen.
  • Strong organisational skills are essential
  • Experience in managing production partners and suppliers 
  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - especially in the use of communication and management tools.
  • Great communicator - able to form and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing projects between 5k-500k
  • Can be calm under pressure
  • Passion for creative, and AV production

This is a full-time freelance role; usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. Working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office at  Borough, London Bridge, SE1 4YH the rest of the week.
