If you’ve ever wanted to work with the likes of Pokemon, Viacom, Universal, Royal Caribbean, Amazon and a whole list of other household name clients and do high-end, strategic work that has a direct impact on their business then this might be the job for you.

At KI we partner with the very best global (and local) businesses spanning start-ups to market leaders, to build their family-focused brands into world beaters. Our business is growing very rapidly and it is an incredibly exciting time - really, really. And that’s why we need to bolster our multi-award winning team with either an Account or Senior Account Manager to be a significant part of our future.

We need someone permanently, but if you’re an excellent freelancer then don’t be shy of reading on:

You will work closely with all levels within the agency to support day to day management of clients, from shaping creative briefs, scoping complex budgets, resourcing, briefing creatives through to pitching and identifying opportunities.

We’d love someone to establish themselves as the key go-to person for their clients, managing expectations, advising on insight, strategy and creative whilst building exceptionally trusted partnerships.

Through your tight-knit client relationships and by using your natural commercial awareness, you'll be able to organically identify opportunities for development and drive growth - but not just any growth. We’re very serious about our purpose and our values. We work with family brands after all.

Whilst you'll be heavily client-facing, you'll absolutely get stuck in with project planning and management of work spanning insight, branding, experiential, strategy, print, digital and consultancy work.

Using your previous network, you'll be able to evolve the current supplier list and know when to bring in new resources and who to call on to deliver high quality services

SO, WHAT SORT OF EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED?

  • You will likely have spent 3 -5 years managing clients in the marketing services sector and none of the following will make you in the least bit uncomfortable:
  • Growing clients across both service breadth and depth through excellence
  • Direct accountability for revenue and gross margin
  • A strong understanding of the marketing industry and disciplines
  • Managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder, multi-national clients

  • Strong general account management and client service skills
  • Preparation of proposals and budgets
  • Ongoing campaign management - analytics and KPI measurement
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Strong ability to build lasting and trusting relationships
  • Someone who enjoys being pushed in new directions and working outside their comfort zone.

What’s in it for you?

We think we’re about as competitive as it gets in our world and we’re committed to doing all we can to make work the very best experience for everyone.

A LITTLE ABOUT US:

Kids Industries (KI) was the very first agency to specialise in the family market and is recognised as the leading global Research, Strategy and Creative Agency in the sector - focusing exclusively on the most exciting, engaging and imaginative audience segment.

Our vision is to make every family smile more. This means putting the family first in everything we do. We consistently deliver the Strategic and Creative expertise that makes fulfilling life experiences for children and families right around the world.

We’re a dedicated team of researchers, marketers, designers, developers, strategists, geeks, and psychologists all pulling together to make new things for the family every single day. We work globally with current projects live in 12 countries. Our clients come from all sectors - FMCG, Entertainment, Edtech, Non-Profit, Travel & Leisure, Gaming and Toys and there’s probably not a children’s character you can think of that we’ve not played a part in. We’ve built global websites, no1. apps, award-winning hotels for the family, developed new TV stations, created new cereals, designed the interior of cruise ships, planned theme parks, launched new products and researched just about everything under the sun. We want to create award-winning work, but we also want to make sure everyone has a nice time whilst we do it, so you’ll find us working just as hard on our culture and our values, as we do on our projects.
