As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Strategist to join our multi-award-winning team. This role is perfect for someone who delights in problem-solving, is curious with an analytical mind and desires to make a meaningful impact on the brands that create for children and families.

The Strategy team collaborates with both the Design and Research teams on a range of projects.
The Junior Strategist will report directly to the Senior Strategist.

The Junior Strategist supports all areas of strategy development. Like all strategists, you’ll stand at the intersection of the client, the consumer and the broader world of trends, cultural shifts, and society.
Working as a core part of the team to understand the client’s product, market and consumer you will use this insight to assist in the creation of strategies which shape business decisions and marketing ideas.
This is a graduate position and we aren’t looking for someone with a wealth of experience.
However, the key thing that we look for in any strategist is curiosity - if you’re the sort of person that constantly asks why, and always has a desire to get to the bottom of a problem, then we’d like to hear from you.
