As their Junior Designer, you will be working closely with creatives, researchers, strategists, and techies to produce the most exciting creative work for their diverse range of international clients. You will help make a difference to digital communications, marketing, advertising and inspire the best global brands.

It’s important your portfolio demonstrates strong design/illustration/animation/design thinking but importantly, gives them glimpses of your future brilliance.

About the role:

  • Designing exciting and innovative products - websites, apps, branding and games
  • Supporting the design leads in creating artwork of different platforms
  • Designing and preparing production assets
  • Collaborating with the research, strategy and production team to deliver products and campaigns
  • Supporting the new business team in creating pitch creative and documents
  • Supporting all teams beyond designs

Essential skills:

  • An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative and high-quality design through a variety of projects
  • A degree in a design course (Interactive, Graphic, Animation, Illustration, 3D, Advertising)
  • A passion for design and the ability to relay this passion to colleagues and clients
  • Good knowledge of the usual creative tools - Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D tools, After Effects, Prototyping tools, Keynote…
  • Competent working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Strong conceptual skills - the ability to generate and articulate ideas
  • Excellent creative flair with the ability to keep up to date with design trends
  • Interest in UX and prototyping desirable
  • Passion for high-quality design layout and well versed in typography desirable
