Working across Kid Industries research & strategy, creative & design, digital & tech, plus marketing sectors, a Junior Account Manager will be required to support all teams in the smooth running of project & internal tasks – from collating & communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to KI business leads.

Qualities and attributes:

  • A confident ‘people person with the ability to develop strong, meaningful relationships with internal teams, suppliers, & clients.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills across in-person & online platforms.
  • Highly organised, proactive, task-driven & with an eye for detail. Plus, able to independently manage long-running, regular & quick-turnaround tasks without significant oversite from senior leads. While also knowing when to ask for support so as not to cause delays in tasks & projects.
  • Have ideas & opinions they are willing & able to share. Plus, also be active listeners who absorb direction, insight & understanding from others.
  • Should be comfortable & have a foundation understanding of :
  • Project finances & admin processes – inc. Project budget planning, POs, Invoices, reconciliations & project tracking project planning – inc. project timings plans, key delivery milestones & resource planning
  • Multiple services & marketing channels – inc. Research & Strategy, creative & design, digital, social & tech, plus marketing platforms.
  • Finally, should have enthusiasm, stamina & a huger to be involved in lots of different projects, working with multiple teams & diverse clients.

Typical activities:

  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
  • Keeping oneself stimulated to achieve maximum productivity

Please note:

  • A Junior Account Manager will report directly to the Snr Account Manager. However, they may also be asked to support other business leads.
  • A Junior Account Manager will be expected to work in the office on the same days as the majority of the Client Services team
