Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally creative producer to join our team. Someone who can bring energy and fresh ideas to a fast-paced, tight turnaround production team.

As a Creative Producer in the Creative and Production team, you'll lead the line on bringing campaigns, activations, digital projects, content, live shows and more to life. Working with the Creative Director, in-house team and supporting production studios, you'll be at the heart of some of our most exciting work for kids and families.

With you at the helm, there's never a question about delivering on time or within budget, too.

You will report to the Creative Director.

You will be responsible for 

  • Managing multiple end-to-end marketing projects from the brief inception to final delivery up to a value of £250k. You will need to love solving problems, innovative and drive successful collaboration between cross-department teams as we look to execute award-winning creative on time and on budget. 
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget.
  • Drive creative production, project scope, assessing risk, delivering project documentation, developing estimates and project plans and ensuring smooth execution for all clients.
  • Write and review creative and technical briefs.
  • Work with Senior Producer and Resource Managers to ensure projects are resourced accurately, and the budget is in place to backfill where needed
  • Educates account team and clients and manages their needs and expectations.
  • You will work with the broader delivery team and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • You will help the creative and design team with ideas and creative solutions
  • You will manage upwards on the commercial performance and become a strong voice in your projects to ensure we find the most effective and sustainable way to deliver.

About You:

  • 4 years+ experience working within a top creative agency or digital communications agency with a Creative Production or integrated project management experience.
  • Constantly looking to innovate in an ever-changing industry, you will need to always have a fantastic can-do attitude and constantly be willing to adapt as we deliver new types of projects and services to our clients.
  • Self-starter who can make it happen.
  • Highly organised
  • A track record of problem-solving and a can-do solution attitude. 
  • Experience in managing production partners and suppliers 
  • Strong ethos to deliver innovative, creative solutions that have the client's needs at heart.
  • A strong understanding of agency project management, waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - especially in the use of communication and management tools.
  • Great communicator - able to form and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing projects between 5k-250k
  • Management of multidisciplinary teams: Strategy, UX, Creative, Design, Technology and QA.
  • Can be calm under pressure
  • Passion for creative production
