An enthusiastic, talented Junior Digital Designer with bucket-loads of potential that we can nurture, and a desire that we can help to grow. Your portfolio should already demonstrate strong design/illustration/animation but importantly, gives us glimpses of your future brilliance. Whether it’s digital or with pencils, you love to create and get involved.
You already make clever connections because you’re interested in both the technology and the needs and desires of your audience. If they are on Twitter, you’re on Twitter. If they are in the app store, you’re playing the same games… and discovering new ones. Nothing is off-limits for your curiosity. The digital landscape is your playground and second-nature to you.
You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists and techies to produce the most exciting creative work for our diverse range of international clients. You’ll have an eye for visual impacts and be able to translate requirements quickly into ideas and eye-catching designs.
A degree in design (preferably interactive design)
A passion for design and the ability to relay this passion to colleagues and clients
Good knowledge of the usual creative tools, especially Flash
Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite essential
Strong conceptual skills
Ability to develop and execute outstanding interactive design concepts
Interest in the Kids and Family audience desirable
Be a team player, fun, irreverent, happy to muck in, ambitious, passionate, honest, sparky, energetic
Have a strong desire to learn and develop
Designing professional yet exciting and innovative content
Supporting the new business team in creating pitch design creative
Designing posters, brochures and other printed material
Designing and preparing artwork
Working with the team to create new exciting brands and marketing strategies
Updating visuals to html and CMS websites
